I ship every other week via USPS. Please allow two weeks for your tracking number.
I am not responsible for items that have been stolen, misplaced, or lost in the mail. In most circumstances, I will offer discounts on replacement orders if lost or stolen.
I do not replace lost or damaged booklets or boxes. Missing or damaged card replacements will be considered depending on the spares I have in stock. Full refunds are available to those who have received damaged decks but doesn't include torn, damaged or missing shrink wrap.
I will send your refund after confirming proof of the damage and have received either a tracking number or the returned deck. I do not offer return shipping. Please send your refund request and proof of damage to wren@darkdaystarot.com.
Incomplete orders will be reconciled upon my notification. Please send an email to wren@darkdaystarot.com to inform me of incomplete orders and I will send the rest of your order with my next shipment.
All of the guidebooks are printed on a much lighter paper than the cardstock used for the cards themselves, so there will be a difference in tone depth between card and guidbook images. All of the decks and guidebooks will include this detail.
