Wheel of the Year Sweatshirt
The whole turning year, worn close to the heart. My hand drawn Wheel of the Year traces all eight sabbats, from Samhain's dark threshold to the long light of Litha, in tiny botanical and lunar details. A cozy classic crew for candlelit mornings, cold moon walks and every season in between.
The meaning of the Wheel. The Wheel of the Year is the pagan calendar of eight sabbats: the two solstices, the two equinoxes and the four cross quarter days that fall between them. It honors the earth's great cycle of birth, growth, harvest, death and rebirth, and it reminds us that every season (including the ones we move through inside ourselves) has its purpose and will always turn again. Wearing the Wheel is a quiet way of saying you live by the rhythm of the earth and the moon, not just the clock.
