Shipping and Returns: 

Once your order has been placed, please allow two weeks for your tracking number to be sent to you. 

I am not responsible for items that have been stolen, misplaced, or lost in the mail. In most circumstances, I will offer a substantial discount to replace your order if it was lost or stolen from you in the mail.

I do not replace lost or damaged booklets or boxes. Missing or damaged card replacements will be considered depending on the spares I have in stock. Full refunds are available to those who have received damaged decks. This policy doesn't include torn, damaged, or missing shrink wrap.

I will send your refund after confirming proof of the damage and have received either a tracking number or the returned deck. I require that your returned deck be sent in a cardboard box, not a mailer, to prevent further damage to the deck. I do not offer return shipping. Please send your refund request and proof of damage to wren@darkdaystarot.com. 

Incomplete orders will be reconciled upon my notification. Please send an email to wren@darkdaystarot.com to inform me of incomplete orders and I will send the rest of your order with my next shipment.
